Shrimp, Sausage, Potato & Kale Soup ingredients
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Medium White Onion
- 4 Small Garlic Cloves
- Package (5 Links) Butterball Sweet Italian Sausage
- 3 Medium White Potatoes
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 2 Cups PACKED Kale
- 2 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Almond Breeze Low Sugar Vanilla Milk
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Tajin (Chili Pepper Blend)
- 2 12oz bags Frozen Large Shrimp
Finely chop peppers, onion, garlic, celery and saute. Break apart sausage and mix in while on low to medium heat, covered. Add diced potatoes, cover. Add liquids (broth & milk), cover. Add in chopped kale, cover. Add in seasonings. Simmer. Add in thawed shrimp.
